We host family reading events that give parents the tools and materials they need to help their preschoolers develop a love of books.

Read aloud every day, even for just 10–20 minutes.
Let your child choose the book—choice builds excitement.
Use fun character voices and facial expressions.
Pause to look at pictures and talk about what’s happening.

Run your finger under the words as you read to show print moves left to right.
Reread favorite books—repetition builds confidence.
Point out letters, sounds, and rhyming words.
